Background
The Japan Bank for International
Cooperation(JBIC, a Japanese governmental agency for foreign aid) conducted
a survey to examine the recovery of enterprises from the Asian crisis.
The data was collected from December 1999 to February 2000 in Thailand,
together with Malaysia.
Coverage
The survey in Thailand covers 735
manufacturing firms. The questionnaire focuses on financial issues and
mostly multiple-choice type.
