A. Savings (Questions including whether institution offered saving facilities to its members during last year, whether institution currently does this, why savings service was interrupted, why saving service was resumed, and whether institution keeps records of savings)

B. Lending (Questions including whether institution offered lending services to its members during last year, whether institution currently does this, why lending service was interrupted, why lending service was resumed, and whether institution keeps records of lending)
