it is, where the branch office of BAAC that this group goes to is,
and name of BAAC officer that this group talks to most often)
II. Group Origin (Questions
including when group was established, reason for forming group,
from where idea came, main benefits of being a member of a BAAC
group, and what training group members have received)
III. Characteristics of Group
Members, Membership Procedures, & Meetings (Questions including
list of members, each member?s information [person?s primary occupation,
how many rais person owns, highest level of schooling completed,
whether person has a relative in BAAC group, where person lives,
whether person has been in group since beginning, how many years
person has been a member], how were original members determined,
how someone can become a member today, whether the process has changed,
how many member have joined in last five years, why these people
didn?t join when group was started, whether anyone has been refused
membership, why, whether there are people who would like to be members

times, whether group member seek or receives advice on which crops

at these institutions instead of BAAC)

including whether this BAAC group has ever been inspected by BAAC
officers, how many times BAAC group has been inspected, when inspection(s)
occurred, who was inspected, in past 12 months how many times did
a BAAC officer come to village, in past 12 months how many times
did group leader visit BAAC branch office, during past 12 months
